We value the privacy of users, subscribers, publishers, members and others (collectively or individually referred to as you or the user) who access and use the Coochat Services and want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
You may share personal information when using Coochat services. An example is when you provide your own information during the Coochat account creation process. When we provide Coochat services, we obtain your information in the ways discussed below. Please note that we require certain types of information in order for us to provide Coochat services to you.

When you create an account on the app or use Coochat services, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information, such as uploading content on the app or contacting us for technical support:
registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), password, user identifier and language;
Profile information, such as your alias, profile image, gender, hometown, self-introduction, social media information, education and occupation;
User Generated Content (UGC) such as comments, text, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code or other data or material that you upload, distribute or stream on the App while using the Coochat Services;
Facial data, such as when you use some of the features we provide to create special effects or emojis for your streaming sections or pictures you upload on CoochatServices, but such data is only processed offline to achieve special effects or emojis, we do not will use it for other purposes unless we have obtained your express consent or convert it into de-identified data; furthermore, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share it with any third party such data. Additionally, if you use real profile picture authentication, we will collect your profile picture and facial recognition video for real profile picture authentication by comparing your profile picture with the facial recognition video, subject to your approval . This authentication protects you from imposters and fake accounts, or exploits the authenticity of Coochat services. We do not keep your facial recognition videos on our servers, such videos are only used for verification.
Payment information such as full name, billing address, billing zip code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number or other payment information required for payment;
Transaction information such as transaction serial number and transaction history after you purchase paid services;
• your social network contacts with your permission, when you activate the "discover friends" feature and allow us to access your contacts;
your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you have given us permission to do so, but you can change access to your GPS information through the settings on your mobile device;
Your opt-in choices and communications with us, such as information used to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints; and information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and events.
Information you provide from social media when you create your Coochat account by connecting to a third-party social media account (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google), or if you link your Coochat account with a third-party social media account;
When you use Coochat Services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:
Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages you visit, date and time of your visit, other user accounts you subscribe to, and information about your interactions with other users;
Information from Other Sources: We may obtain additional information from third parties and sources outside of the Coochat Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the games or services you use, or from social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have approved our access to. When you access the Coochat Services through a social media network or when you connect the Coochat Services to a social media network, you authorize Coochat to collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy
Device identifiers such as your operating system, browser type, brand, model and serial number of your mobile device, protocol (IP) address of interconnection between networks, mobile operator, screen resolution, language setting, IMEI number, IMSI number and media access control address;

other location information, such as information based on your SIM card;
Mobile Advertising Identifiers, used by mobile operating systems and provided to advertising providers to collect metrics on mobile applications (Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID) to help us and advertisers provide information that may be more relevant to your interests relevant advertising;
Metadata, which is associated with the UGC you provide to us, which describes other data and provides information about how, when, and by whom the UGC was collected and how the UGC is formatted, such as for video and title labelling with keywords; and
Cookies are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features, collected by us or our business partners, to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use the Coochat services, and to enhance your experience using the "Coochat" services.
We may also collect, use and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information, but is not considered personal information because the data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing particular website features, to generate statistics about our users, to calculate the percentage of users accessing particular website features, or to count ad impressions for services or clicks.
The storage and access of cookies set in connection with the Coochat service is governed by the Coochat Cookie Policy (Cookie Policy).

Performance analysis: determine whether the users of Vigo services are unique, or whether the same user uses Vigo services on multiple occasions, and monitor comprehensive indicators such as the total number of visitors, the number of videos watched, and demographic patterns;
Functionality and security: identify users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnose or fix technical problems, and detect, prevent and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activity or intellectual property infringement;
Compliance: enforce our terms of use and comply with our legal obligations;
• Aggregation: Aggregate the information we collect about you for one or more of the above purposes.
Cookies: We and our suppliers and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze the web pages you click on and the way you use the Platforms. ways to enhance your experience using the platform and improve our services. You can change your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information, or deleting your information by editing your profile in the app.
The laws of some jurisdictions grant Coochat users specific rights, which are listed in this section. You may have all or some of the following rights under applicable law. We will respond to your request for compliance with applicable law as soon as practicable, usually within one month, following appropriate verification procedures. Your exercise of these rights is generally free of charge unless we believe a fee is required under applicable law.

We will delete data that does not need to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements after we have conducted appropriate reviews. For example, we retain location, device and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period of time necessary for these purposes; while retaining this data, it may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete your account, such as when there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issue preventing deletion is resolved, we will delete the account as described above.
We may also retain certain information as necessary for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to an unsafe act or security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent the user from opening a new Coochat account in the future.
